Middle school composition teaching is always a topic being paid close attention to. Since the reform and openness, in the past 30 years, people never stop exploring the middle school composition teaching reform in the Chinese circle. Nevertheless, middle school composition teaching is still very difficult to go on foot, teaching effect is unsatisfactory. Where is the crux in the middle school composition teaching? Where is the way out for the composition teaching reform?The author points that there are many factor affecting the efficiency of middle school composition teaching , for instance , the knowledge of the composition nature, the formulation of composition course and teaching target, composition teaching material , composition teaching evaluation and so on. The middle school composition teaching reform can not be confined to an improvement of teaching method.Therefore, enlightened by the reform theory of new course, applying the system principle, this article brings forward that middle school composition needs an entirety reform, and it is dissertated to three parts:Part I Inevitable trend of the entirety reforms in middle school composition teaching. From the experience and disadvantage of composition teaching in middle school and according to what the new course standard requires the composition teaching in middle school enlightened by the foreign countries' response to the composition crisis, the author points that it is an inevitable trend to carry out integrated reform of composition teaching in middle school.Part II Inherent mechanism of entirety reforms in middle school composition teachingThis chapter applies the principles of system theory to analyze composition writing system and composition teaching system in middle school, defines the mutual relationships between the elements in different system and analyzes the disadvantage of current composition teaching in middle school. The author concludes that an educational reform is not a reform of one element, but an integrated and comprehensive father, in this way, the teaching material reform, teaching method reforms , the teaching environment reforms , teaching thinking transformation, improvement of teachers' and students' qualities could be carried out in-phase.Part III The basic conception of the entirety reforms in the middle school composition teachingAccording to the current situation of the middle school composition teaching , this chapter brings forward the idea of the entirety reforms in the middle school composition teaching mainly from such aspect as teaching target , content of courses, teaching concept , teaching method , teaching valuation.At the present time, people are still probing in educational reform in middle school composition teaching. The new course reforms provided opportunity for the middle school composition teaching reform. The author hopes that this article can offer middle school composition teaching reform new thoughts.
