At the period of the transformation from traditional society to modern society in China, because of the social economy restructure, a great deal of employed person were separated from original state owned in the city, collective business enterprise, lost original unit stability of income, opposition , liberal welfare treatment and various guarantee, then they were in unemployed situation. Because of the unemployed personnel's special characteristic for having and the social milieu of the place, there is the trend of their children's education are on the edge of marginalization.This research means at the angle of social fair theories, analyzes the unemployed personnel's children's education condition, and studies the deep structure reason of the trend of the unemployed personnel's children's edge education, thus aims at how to solve the unemployed personnel's children's education problem and puts forward some views and suggestion, for the unemployed personnel's children's education related to policy and strategy provides a substantial evidence data support and theories support.This research resolves the unemployed personnel's children education condition for education the resources obtain condition, education human relations environment, education effect's etc. And puts forward the concept of "education support" to mean the factors influencing the unemployed personnel's children education, and resolve it to economical support, education attitudes, social relations, policy supports etc. Then puts forward four research assumptions: 1, the unemployed personnel's children only can obtain less education resources; 2, The educational environment for the unemployed personnel's children is not so good and social support is inadequate; 3, the unemployed personnel's children are taught with worse effect than others; 4, Compared to the higher level's children, the education horizontal disparity has greatly enlarged, and it also presents a marginal tendency .The findings indicated that: the unemployed personnel's children only can obtain less education resources; the unemployed personnel's children aren't usually subjected to the bias of teachers and classmates; the unemployed personnel's children aren't taught with worse effect than others.In final this article has carried on some discussions: 1, strengthen the unemployed personnel's capital and social capital construction to assure equity of education resources acquirement; 2, cancel social rejection, set up a harmony environment of human relations in education;3, strengthen the support for education, insure the equality and enhance the effect in education.
