In recent years, children of migrant workers in urban education issues widespread concern in the community. In the Seventeenth Party Congress and the eighteenth, also clearly put forward to resolve the children of migrant workers to receive compulsory education policies and guidelines embarrassing situation, but there are still many problems to be solved and can not solve the problem, resulting in migrant workers children living and learning problems are marginalized.Early 2014, the author further by public institutions, Haidian District, a primary school of migrant workers, launched a music teaching activities, using their expertise to try to combine the knowledge of psychology and anthropological field methods to enrich students’ emotional experience as the starting point focus on three target music teaching, teaching methods for seeking children of migrant workers, and full of music education humanities, through humane care, enrich people’s emotional and aesthetic experience, strive to cultivate a correct outlook on life and values, demonstrate People-oriented thinking.The purpose of this paper is to study this group of children of migrant workers physical and mental characteristics, education as well as the development of the school where they are migrant workers, and the other by the author to explore how individualized teaching practice, local conditions to achieve the three goals of music teaching in primary schools of migrant workers.Significance of this study is that by migrant children school teaching activities and conduct investigations, to explore, organize action, discovery methods and rules to integrate music teaching three objectives of the "knowledge and skills" share issue in the music classroom in the study, and how to deal with the relationship between "knowledge and skills" and "attitudes and values", etc. between. Author of children of migrant workers to fully tap the potential of the unique music, making music school classroom can promote students to truly become confident, healthy and harmonious growth of the hall. In Yuhua Primary School as a case study through field research, interviews, case studies, literature and other methods.Firstly, from a theoretical point of view the three-dimensional depth analysis of the goals and marginalization, with philosophical theories put forward to explain the objectives and the development of three-dimensional, then start tracing from the reality of the current situation of education of marginalized groups which launched in Beijing Yuhua Primary School introduction Speaking from the founder of the background, extending to the University’s faculty and students explore family background, introduced the basic situation of the teaching environment and the problems of education groups exist. Finally, the author focuses on the practice of music in Yuhua three primary goals of teaching. Firstly, for a three-goal use music teaching success stories, export case author Yuhua Primary School to implement music teaching three-dimensional object, and analyzed and summarized, explored in this special group, the dialectical relationship between the three-dimensional object.
