The phenomenon of teachers marginalization is an objective fact and is also a problem to be solved.Researching the teachers marginalization is a vital point to practice quality-oriented education.In the process of pursuing professional development,some teachers have been marginalized and away from communication center.Their dream career and personal existential significance are confused.Therefore,the attention to the problem of teachers marginalization is an important perspective for teachers' career.It is also the search of the meaning of teachers' career happiness.It aims to promote teachers' professional development by revealing teachers'real living conditions.It is conducive to promoting educational equality by revealing teachers' real living conditions.This paper is an example on A primary school in Yuyao,Zhejiang Province which investigates,analyzes and considers the survival and development questions of school and teachers.Thus,the research topic is a research on the phenomenon of teachers marginalization.From the horizon of sociology of education,this paper surveys the problem of teachers' role marginalization which is based on teachers' role theory and education equality theory and through literature method,interview method,case method,etc.In view of the teachers marginalized situation and cause analysis,it raises the strategies from aspects of social origin,school level and teachers themselves.It is expected to play a positive role of improving the teachers'role marginalization phenomenon.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part introduces the origination,value and general review of the studying.It also introduces the basic thoughts and research methods of the paper.The seconds part,by studying the documentary,it introduces the connotation and extension of the teachers' role,teacher's role classification,the connotation,characteristics and content of teachers'role marginalization,which is the theoretical basis of the paper.The third part,it analyses the marginal living condition of male teachers,common teachers,minor subject teachers and substitute teachers by revealing characteristics and current situation of teachers' role marginalization.The forth part,it analyses causes of the phenomenon of teachers marginalization from aspects of social origin,school level and teachers themselves.The fifth part,In view of the teachers marginalized situation and cause analysis,it raises various strategies from aspects of social origin,school level and teachers themselves.The research on the phenomenon of teachers marginalization not aims for teachers' stratification,but in pursuit of education inherent fairness.
