On Football Referees Illegal Acts Of Criminal Law Enforcement Governance Conference

The "black whistle" problem in football match has always been aroused the concern of the medias and communities in China because the "black whistle" issues have seriously affected the development of football match in our country. That has reflected the issue of governance and controversial sanctions.
