Our country is a multinational country formed by 56 nations, every minority nationality is a important member of our socialist large family, therefore founds a basic prerequisite of harmonious society is to want the mutual development of every nation. Since ancient, our country is a multinational, multi-linguistic country; many shapes of language and culture are one of fundamental realities of the countries. Society enters 21 century, our country is also confronted with the same problem, this is to defend national unification, and will make the diversification of each culture of minority nationality develop. On the one hand, minority nationality will enters the modern society mainstream culture smoothly through studying national Inter-Nationality common language, at the same time still so reserves the traditional culture of the excellence of minority nationality better through studying this national language and culture. Therefore, implementation and development of " bilingual teaching " giving first place to national language and Chinese becomes social development inevitable tendency . Especially inheriting and developing national culture and training each national excellent talent in national higher education, service national region economic political and cultural development, become the mission of national higher education naturally. Bilingual teaching among them is the important component of national higher education, is also the major channel of cultivation national talent and solving nation developing problem. Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching is the important component of the national education of Inner Mongolia, difference in degree by Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching quality has direct influence on the development level of the national education in entire autonomous region, training the talent of minority nationality and developing vigorously of the national economy. This paper mainly covers for the situation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities which is investigated and studied , discusses for carrying out analysis by the existent problem in Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching, at the same time has looked up plenty of related documents and has put forward corresponding development countermeasure.
