| The balanced development of the compulsory education is an important education principle, is also the topic of education reform and development nowadays in the world. As a social hotspot concerned by commonalty, it has already been written in a new compulsory education law. Today when compulsory education is popularized widely, the balanced development of the country compulsory education is the emphasis of civil attention. To see lengthways, the unbalanced development of our country foundation education mainly expresses in three levels: unbalanced development of the district, unbalanced development between city and country in the same district, unbalanced development among schools in the same district (inside one scope of city or county).From the condition of our country economy and education development to see, it's the most realistic and urgent problem to resolve unbalanced development among schools inside the district. To see breadthwise, the unbalanced development of compulsory education expresses not only education devotion, policy direction, resources allocation etc., but also education result, namely the imbalance of learning performance. At present, the phenomenon of unbalanced development of our country compulsory education learning performance is very serious, and difference is big not only between a country student and a city student, but also in different schools in the county area. Therefore, this text chooses this lengthways, breadth wise junction as the point of my research to go deep into the study of imbalance of compulsory education learning performance in county area.Aimed at the unbalanced condition of compulsory education learning performance in county area, this article investigates student's performance of several schools in the county area and analyzes the data, thinks that main factors resulting in imbalance of student's performance are: all levels governments' support to compulsory education in the county area isn't enough, country principals' and teachers' quality are different, family cultural capital influences student's performance and the factor influenced by student oneself. To this, the writer thinks, to promote the balanced development of compulsory education learning performance in the county area, we should improve all levels governments' concern to the balanced development of country compulsory education, increase country compulsory education budget, establish learning school culture, and enhance country teachers' quality and parents' education. |
