Study On Establishing Teaching Quality Management System In University And College With Introduction Of The ISO9000

The teaching quality is the life-line of the school, which relates to its existence and continuous development. The expansion of university and college to recruit has produced certain impact to the teaching quality of higher education in our country at the time of its heading into a popularize stage gradually and the quality management problem also becomes gradually outstanding. Furthermore, our country joined WTO, which means to have already entered an open global market and jural market economy, and the higher education will also become the main realm of our country's education service market to open outward after entering WTO, therefore How to improve teaching quality of university and college becomes one great problem nowadays.This thesis discussed the necessity and the possibility of university and college teaching quality management by introducing into ISO9000 from the theories and the fulfillment based on the foundation of the ISO9000 quality management system essence's basic point, and put forward the relevant concept and basic characteristics of university and college teaching quality, quality management and the quality manage system and the concept of completely quality management drawing lessons from the ISO9000 quality management system concerning the technical term. Then the author elaborated the existing key problems and achievements of the university and college teaching quality management by introduction to the present condition of the United States and the British teaching quality management and the assessment systems. And then the author compared and analyzed our country current education valuation system, and commented the main development of ISO9000 system attestation in the educational field, and put forward the main factors, processes, points, a few standpoints and advertent problem of the university and college establishing teaching quality management system drawing lessons from understanding and experience of the ISO9000 attestation school.This research of thesis provides reference of theories and practice for the university and college teaching quality management introducing into some thoughts and standpoints of the ISO9000, which develop and consummate university and college teaching quality management theories, and thus contribute to the right comprehension toward the university and college product deeply, setting up the education view, talented person's view and quality, and then raise the management level, quality and performance of the school, strengthen the competition ability and adaptability of a school to make higher education in keeping with internationalize progress.
