An Investigation Into Junior Physics Experiment Teaching Of Hohhot

Physics curriculum standards requires the curriculum of physics should change the tendency of focusing too much on the transmission of knowledge, and allow students to experience science inquiry process, and cultivate the spirit of exploration, practical ability and sense of innovation. At present, some phenomena still exist in junior physics teaching such as inefficiency in teaching, outdated teaching methods, but points teaching evaluation. And students lose their interest in learning. These no longer adapt to new education situation, therefore it's urgent to deepen the physics teaching reform.Physics curriculum standards consists of science content and science research. Science content is learned through science exploration, which can't be separated from experiments. Experiments are the basis of scientific research. Experiment teaching, which is an important part of physics teaching, is an effective way to implement junior middle school physics curriculum standards and improve students'science qualities. To deepen reform is essential. Therefore it has practical significance to make an investigation into junior physics experiment teaching of Hohhot.Using the method of questionnaire survey, conversation, literature and statistics, the author did some research on junior physics experiment teaching in Hohhot. Investigations revealed that there were some achievements in junior physics experiment teaching of Hohhot. However, there were some shortcomings, which should be noticed and solved by educators.By investigating junior physics experiment teaching in Hohhot, the author found out a series of problem in understanding of physics experiment teaching, evaluation system, teaching mode, use and management of appliance, student source and limited teaching resources.Combining with experiment teaching experience of advanced regions, the author presents some measures as follows: update education concepts; create multiple experiment teaching mode; explore experiment examination system; enrich experiment resources; reform the existing teaching materials; expand experiment scope; add experiments full of exploration and design.By investigating junior physics experiment teaching of Hohhot, the author aimed at making more educators and physics teachers pay more attention to physics experiment teaching, and do further research in this field in order to promote the reform on physics experiment teaching and the comprehensive development of students.
