Generally speaking, the ideological and Political education appears following the social class and the national's appearance, It plays an important role in national development, all of the countries take the Ideological and political education as an important task, but the extent and the name are different. In France, it is usually called the civil morality education or the civil education. Elementary and middle schools' Ideological and political education is one of the most important links of the modern countries'ideological and political education.It can make us learn and know the state, advantage , characterist of the modern countries especially the developed countries'elementary and middle schools' ideological and political education to compare and study the target , content , method of the elementary and middle schools' ideological and political education. As a result, it is good for learning the present level and the development state of our nation's elementary and middle schools' ideological and political education. Furthermore, it strengthens the initiative and the urgency of study towards different countries'successful experience and the effective ways so as to improve and optimize or our nation's elementary and middle schools' ideological and political education and enhances the effectiveness of the elementary and middle schools Ideological and political education.The French civic education produced by bourgeois revolution, which is content bourgeois ideology ideas, such as freedom, equality, universal love, takes great function in supporting the capitalist system as well as cultivates the citizen aspect in the maintenance capitalist system. The French elementary and middle schools' civic education has reflected the West modern capitalism essence thing, manifested the Western developed country idea characteristic, and become a model in the capitalism world citizen education. Moreover, Our country elementary and middle schools ideological and political education system's construction can draw lessons from the French elementary and middle schools' civic education. This article mainly compares the Sino-French elementary and middle schools ideological and political education's goal, content, method and the way carried, on this foundation, inducing the French civic education enlightenment for our country elementary and middle schools ideological and political education.
