Primary and Secondary Schools Teachers' professional development became the focus of attention. According to the awareness of basic education reform and understanding of teachers' professionalism, as well as the teamwork theory which was emphasized by Management, teachers team emerged as a new way of Primary and Secondary Schools teachers' professional growth. Teachers team is composed by a number of teachers who have complementary knowledge and skills. These teachers have common goals and norms in the education of teaching. Teachers team is a formal communication group and the cooperation between the teachers is very mutual. Teachers team has characteristics such as streamlined staff, flexible structure and adaptable. At this time, Chinese Primary and Secondary Schools teachers need to set up teachers team to adapt to the development for school, teachers and students.
