| Teachers are the main supporting factor in school running and launching education and teaching activities.The level of teachers’ professional standards and the professional development status have a far-reaching influence to the students’ physical and mental development,it also has crucial sustainable development to the school.The collectivity of teachers’ work doomed the education activities possesses collaborative and team.Teachers in school on one hand are independent study individuals,on the other hand they are members of different teams(disciplinary team,grade team,class teacher team,project team,learning practice and so on),they work and grow with the hole team.Team works’ professional development condition will powerfully affect the team’s work and development level,the construction level of the teachers’ team will directly restrict the teachers’ professional development.The inner logical and mutual promotion effect of them worth researching.The paper used literature research systematically carding the research results in teachers team construction for the past few years,and chose Y primary school as the research object.It also combined with observation,interview,case study,and summary research to explore the teachers’ professional development that based on team and their mutual effect,hoped to find the inner relationship.The paper contains five chapters,the first chapter elaborates the source of research topic,the research methods,significance,the content,the literature review,the core concept definition;the second chapter took Huai’an Y primary school for example to investigate elementary school teachers’ professional development that based on teachers team construction;the third chapter elaborates the case study;the forth chapter researches the development mechanism;the last chapter is the lack of research and prospects. |
