Research On The Professional Construction Of University Management Team

With the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China is not only pursuing the efficient growth of the economy,but also starting to attach importance to the cultivation of high quality talents in the country,which puts forward higher requirements for higher education.Throughout the development of colleges and universities,the management of colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind in academic development,which will affect the level and quality of running a university to a certain extent,and will influence the construction of a powerful country in higher education.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of the management team,especially the establishment of a professional management team,which is of great significance to the improvement of the overall level of our universities.The eighteen major reports of the party put forward "promoting the connotation development of higher education",which is an important guiding ideology for the reform and development of higher education in the new situation.It is also an inevitable choice for the reform and transformation and scientific development of higher education in China.Connotative development must focus on structural optimization and quality improvement.In the prescriptions to eradication the connotation development symptoms of universities,the professionalization of effective management teams is indispensable.The specialization of management teams in colleges and universities refers to professionalization of professional quality of administration staff and professionalization of administrative transformation.Therefore,specialization and professionalism are essential requirements for the professionalization of management teams in colleges and universities.The professionalization of management teams is not only the inevitable course of improving efficiency and educational quality,but also the compulsory work of striving for best under the background of “Double Top” construction.On the basis of the analysis of the status and development process of the management team in colleges and universities,this paper points out the problems existing in the management of the University in our country.Therefore,the latter part of the paper,combining with the core of the supply side structural reform,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the construction of university management team professionalization.At the same time,drawing on the experience of the professional construction of foreign university management team,the author puts forward some humble opinions on the school management team.It is hoped that it can provide a reference model and approach for promoting the reform and construction of university management teams.
