Team Building And Development Of Physics Teachers' Workshop

As an important teacher-learning organization that can radiate the role of a famous teacher,train teachers,and promote the professionalization of teachers,the Teachers' Workshop has received great attention in the field of primary and secondary education in China.Since the the first appearance in China in 2002,the Teachers' Workshop has gradually spread across the country as a new thing.Over the years,the Teachers' Workshop has played its functions to a great extent and has promoted Chinese education reform.However,with the continuous deepening of the research,people have also found problems in the construction of some Teachers' Workshop.Through the arranging of documents,it has been found that most of the research on the Teachers' Workshop now focus on the general research on the problems that are encountered in the construction and operation of the workshop,and does not examine the development of the Workshop's team building from a more systematic angle.And there is even less research on Physics Teachers' Workshop.This article takes W High School Physics Teachers' Workshop in Jilin Province as a case,and researches from the angle of Teachers' Workshop Team.Through interviews with the workshop master and some members of the workshop,collecting the work materials of the W Teachers' Workshop,the process of development and construction of the W Teachers' Workshop is divided into the creation period,cohesion period,and adjustment period.Sorting out the team features of the W Teachers' Workshop team and the management and construction key points of each period,giving The discipline characteristics of the W Teachers' Workshop.Finally,with the development of the workshop,the author puts forward development opinions on the construction of W Teachers' Workshop and hopes to inspire the construction of other Teachers' Workshop or other types of teacher learning teams.
