Joint Construction Scheme Between North China Electric Power University And Beijing University Of Agricultural

In order to maximize the effective of college resources, our country is strongly advocating the reform in the form of―Joint Construction‖. In practice, the share of information resources among colleges and universities shows great superiority, and has obtained good results. It has improved resource efficiency and ability of running schools. Therefore, that the paper study's resources sharing in the forms of joint construction, is of great significance.The common-founding between the North China Electric Power University and the Beijing University of Agricultural is mainly analyzed here. Combining with the strategies as well as gains and losses of other colleges and universities, how to strengthen integration of resources, and full play to resource advantages respectively, to achieve the aim of build together and innovation is discussed. Through the analysis of the situation and problems in the two schools'common-building, with the thinking of modern project management, a joint construction scheme of the two schools from both organizational level and practical level is put forward.
