With the promotion of economic globalization, the higher education has transformed from relatively enclosed type to free cooperation. Interscholastic cooperation among universities is a new and effective way to realize teaching resources sharing and to develop together. It is also a major trend in reform and development in higher education. Recently, the mode of running school in cooperation has developed rapidly, which pushes forward higher education reform fiercely and improves teaching quality. Therefore, study on this mode is benefit for cultivating inter-disciplinary talent with high overall quality. By case study, to solve the higher education resources sharing problems, the Xiasha Higher Education District has taken a series of methods as follows, offering interscholastic electives, establishing interscholastic minors, developing interscholastic teachers’employment mutually, carrying out exchange overseas program in summer vocation and sharing of laboratory resources. By adopting these measures, the Xiasha Higher education District has achieved remarkable effect, such as resource management and integration. However, it still needs to improve. For example, resources integration, particularly on interscholastic resources sharing network platform and library resources sharing, should give full scope to share teaching resources. As for countermeasures, the higher education district could offer interscholastic minors from resources integration, and establish a technical management board in order to be more perfect.
