Research On Students' Innovative Entrepreneurship Of College Z

As the builders of the society, college students are supposed to bear the lofty and unshirkable responsibility in constructing a new China. Meanwhile, the ever increasing pressure in employment has posed on our college education a new subject of how to improve the students' competitiveness of getting themselves employed. Many a college and university has made repeated attempts to encourage students' innovative entrepreneurship. The research on it can deepen our knowledge of it, as well as provide valuable information so as to guide students in their innovative entrepreneurship and strengthen student affairs administration.A research was made by adopting the approach of interview, questionnaire and documentation survey with college Z, a local and comprehensive college, as the subject. The study on students' awareness and the condition of innovative entrepreneurship in college Z revealed their advantages, disadvantages and some modifying factors. A strategy of improving students in college Z were finally proposed in accordance with college's Z actual condition by drawing on the successful experience of the colleges both home and abroad.It is strongly recommended that the following steps be taken for college Z to guide students in their innovative entrepreneurship. Firstly, the top executives need to change their mentality and unify their thinking in encouraging students' innovative entrepreneurship. Secondly, it is essential to introduce measures in students' innovative entrepreneurship. Thirdly, education on innovative entrepreneurship should be strengthened and incorporated into our education system.
