It is the core component of the educational information project, and also is an important form and method to promote education Modernization by educational information in China for research and use of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management. It has a comprehensive knowledge of pedagogy, management and other subjects which uses principles and methods of integrated management information theory and control theory through a series of links and process to integrate, reorganize and rebuild all levels and various types of management information of college education and teaching management, to reform and restructure it. It makes it possible to realize integration services and management platform of education and teaching for undergraduates, graduates and other students of different academic education and level in colleges, so as to provide high-quality, efficient and convenient university network information integrated services and management and to achieve higher efficiency of college training functions for the community.It has six chapters. The first chapter focuses on significance of study on integrated information flow of College education and teaching management and gives a brief description of relates concepts, background and its development. The study concluded that it is an important way to promote education information and education modernization in the circumstances of information integrated management. Chapter 2 mainly introduces relevant theories involved in the study of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management, including integration theories, basic theories and compositions of higher education and information integration, and the content, features, goals and role, est. of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management. Chapter III gives an in-depth analysis of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management, mainly from aspects such as elements and its building, their impact factors, development strategy and model construction to discuss integrated information flow of College education and teaching management. Chapter IV is through practice survey, taking integrated information flow of education and teaching management of Guangxi University for example, to analyze it's elements, impact factors and development strategies for example analysis. Chapter 5 is based on the research and application of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management, to analyze efficiency and effectiveness created by higher education management and social service. We discuss its economic and social benefits from the aspect of economics point of input and output. Chapter VI is for the conclusion to give a whole concluding of research process of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management. Through the study of integrated information flow of College education and teaching management, the passage of this issue is intended to enable people in highly developed information network technology in modern society fully aware of and actively deepen theory research and technology applications of the integration of information management.
