Research On College Financial Management Information System Based On The Financial Service Integration

Higher education assumes the responsibility of cultivating top specialists, developing science, technology and culture and promoting the socialist modernization. The financial management in colleges and universities is confronted with challenges due to the diversified fund sources, multi-operating campuses, increasing issues, but it also enjoys the great progress from the all-round information-based society. Consequently, a comprehensive and centralized program is much in need for the sake of continuous betterment and optimization of the financial management in colleges and universities.The paper mainly explores how to apply operation procedure and related principles and practices concerning information-based finance to the practical financial management in colleges and universities. It aims to realize the integration and information share between the original operation procedure and financial accounting procedure, the innovation on financial management methods, the comprehensive budget and the centralized monitoring, the shift to management, service and decision support of accounting. The paper first discusses related theories and approaches on information system, and then analyzes the defects of traditional operation and accounting procedures in order to seek more reasonable approaches which can improve the current condition. On that basis, it confirms the goal of integrating the construction of information-based finance and operation to achieve the theoretical and ideological innovation. Through case study and theoretical guidance, it improves the operation procedure with event-driven thought for the integration of financial affairs and works out programs on the information system according to the needs of the system and under the help of some key technology like two-dimensional code.
