The Study On The Financial Management Information Integration Of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine University

In recent years, though the development of the modern information technology andthe popularity of computers have contributed great to the progress for the university’sconstruction of information network, the different brands and different developed stagesfor university’s financial processing software has caused an obvious difference in allaspects of the system, such as the compatibility, function and operation methods, whichhas severely restricting the informatization of financial management in Colleges anduniversities and become one of the factors that hinder the further development of theuniversity.Based on the theory of information transmission, this Paper has made aninvestigation on the process of the university’s financial operations, sorting out the basiclaws of operation and also clarified the relationship between financial department andother departments. Based on the above studies, the Paper has formed a new financialmanagement model which has made the information technology as the foundation and theinternet as the platform and carrier.New information integration platform enables Personnel Department, TechnologyDivision, Equipment Division and other finance-related information to joint togethereffectively and share the information and data organically, it can also make the relevantdepartments of the information and data processing as a whole, strengthen internalmanagement and monitoring and to realize the prompt collection&processing as well ascentralized processing of all financial information.This system also designed barcode scanning invoices for reimbursement modelfor network automatically, if used in this way for reimbursement, it not only can reducethe manual audit work intensity, but also can achieve dynamic data collection activities,timely summary and generate reports. Financial information integration platform will effectively reduce the labor intensityof the financial work to improve the quality of management of financial information,financial assets, scheduling and control capacity and to improve the effectiveness offoreign filings. All managers are based on a unified, real-time source of information tomake decisions, to ensure the correctness of the decision, unity and effectiveness, and toachieve effective integration of various resources, integration and optimization, thusimproving the efficiency of financial management, the effect and effectiveness.
