The aim of this research is that to find out the basketball backfielder's leadership behavior characteristics. Depending on the up-to-down research routine, consulting the relating literatures, taking the leadership behavior theory and the basketball backfielder's leadership behavior as the precondition, the research have set up the theory model for the basketball backfielder's leadership behavior. This model was divided into two branches, the consideration and the initiative structure. Therefore; we get the training behavior, the competition behavior, the support behavior and the democracy behavior. Then, depending on the down-to-up research routine, we get the second index of the four first indexes. And then, after consulting the relating experts, we amended the characteristics index system and got the weight case by using the Delphi method. Our conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on the former researches and consulting the relating expert, from the consideration and the initiative structure, we get the four evaluation index such as training behavior, the competition behavior, the support behavior and the democracy behavior.(2) The most important indexes in leadership in turn are: competition behavior, training behavior, support behavior, and democracy behavior(3)The most important indexes in training behavior are training with teammate successfully, accomplishing training with coach and teammate completely, dealing with incident quickly, and explaining the strategy to teammate.(4)The most important indexes in competition behavior are: reminding of teammate defending and attacking immediately, making sure the each teammate' aggression habit, making sure the strategy, knowing each teammate' best position, and being calm at the moment of truth.(5)The most important indexes in the support behavior are: encouraging the teammate when misplay, celebrating the teammate when playing excellently, and taking care of teammate.(6)The most important indexes in the democracy behavior are: consulting with teammate about the organizing strategy and important problems, allowing teammate has their own object. |
