The Research About Career Development Problem Of Advanced Vocational Teachers

Advanced vocational education is developing rapidly in China, which has become an indispensable component of higher education system as well as an important backbone of economic construction and social development in our country. With the development of social economy, the demand for advanced vocational talents is increasing day by day, which needs a group of high quality advanced vocational teachers who are equipped with theory and technology, meanwhile strong teaching capability. Without this high quality teaching group, it's impossible to cultivate qualified vocational students who meet social needs.
