The study of "burnout" has captured the interest of both researchers and practitioners since the concept was first defined and explored by American psychologist H.J.Freudenberger in 1974. Especially this study is not sufficient yet in China. Therefore, the author of the thesis bases on the investigation of Shenyang middle vocational school teachers' career burnout, analyses the deep-seated factors and brings forward the techniques to reduce career burnout.The study adopts "the measurement of the middle vocational school teachers' career burnout", which has been proven effective and practical. The study shows: (1) More than half of the middle vocational school teachers have different levels of burnout. (2) Through the analysis and comparison of the three dimensions of career burnout, we know that the degree of Shenyang middle vocational school teachers' emotional exhaust is higher, humanity is lower and the degree of lack of achievement is in the middle. (3) The middle school teachers' burnout correlates with the teachers' pressure and the teachers' satisfaction about support that come from social ,government ,school and students.Through the methods of questionnaires, net forum and interviews, etc, the deep-seated factors that influence the career burnout of middle vocational school teachers are: students, society, personal improvement, school administration and interpersonal relationship.On the basis of the above conclusion, the present research puts forward some suggestions that lighten the teachers' pressure and improve the teachers' satisfy to eliminate the teacher burnout as the following: To strengthen the normal educational reformation and make career plans for students. Establish social support and constitute educational rules and regulations.To provide opportunities of specialty improvement for teachers. Ameliorate school administration. Teachers should further study to improve their own endurance.
