Students'evaluation is the core of education evaluation and has direct guiding function to students'growing and developing. So it is very important that the content and practice are rational or not. Though have many years experience in vocational education, we still can't shake off the teaching mode and test system of common education system completely. The traditional evaluation system is old and backward only adding level appraisal about relative branches of work but ignoring students'professional capacity evaluation. So it can't meet the need of students'new developing situation. Aiming at establishing a developing vocational school students` evaluation system on their professional capacity, this research is trying to explore a practical way which fir for vocational school students` characteristics.Developing education evaluation system was firstly raised and promoted in 1980s, based on the criticizing and introspection of traditional evaluation system which took praising and punishing as the core method. They thought the evaluating system should aim at improving one's developing, respecting one's individuality and diversification, stress cooperation and communication between both sides, the target of the system should have gradation and dynamic state and the procedure of evaluation should be open. So developing spirit has been become the core of students'evaluation system reformation and the new evaluation system in the contemporary society. So using this spirit as a guideline is also creative feature of this article.Aiming at secondary vocational school students, based on personality and developing principle, using modern education theory, supervisory theory, and multiple intelligences theory, this article is to display the developing procedure of the developing students'evaluation system, systematically discuss the conception, significance, features, basis, evaluation principle and method of students'professional capacity and make a comparison with traditional evaluation system. After analyzing the current evaluation situation, it is also to demonstrate the feasibility of students'professional capacity evaluation system, and pose a practical strategy---students'developing portfolio assessment.Secondary vocational education serves the society directly, so it is very important to train qualified graduates who can keep pace with the society. Through conducting a survey in heads and managers of more than 20 business and vocational schools, referring relative information and interviewing professional experts, combining with many years experience and education, psychology, the author raise a"presents discribing & tendency"new evaluation system.The final aim of this article is to explore the content and method of the new evaluation system, enrich the vocational school students evaluation system and make a stimulating to help students to improve themselves and be high-qualified workers.
