This paper investigated and studied high level track and field development present situation of Heilongjiang Province university by the literature material, the interview law, the questionnaire survey, the mathematical methods, at same time analyzed the existence insufficiency and Proposed the corresponded countermeasures, in order to provide the theory basis and the models for the high level track and field development of Heilongjiang Province university. Research results:(1)The main origins of Heilongjiang Province ordinary university high level track and field athletes are young people sports school,ordinary middle school and the athletes retired in special sports school. Their ages are between 18--28 years old and majority is two levels athletes.(2)The average age of Heilongjiang Province ordinary university high level track and field coaches is 41 years old, most of their school records are undergraduate record, and majorities are concurrent coach.(3)There are three management patterns of teams in Heilongjiang ordinary universities high level track and field: Building sports team by university; Building sports team by university and sports school; Building sports team by sports school.(4)There are some factors of restricting sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province ordinary university high level track and field, such as athletes origins,coach,contradiction of study and training,building teams target,competition system,environment,employment,management system factors and so on. Proposed the countermeasures for sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province high level track and field: (1)Widing the student source channel and perfecting train system, in order to stimulate training motivation. (2)Building reasonable student enrollment management mechanism of high-level athletes and solving conflict of study and training.(3)Strengthening construction of coach teams. (4)Putting up employment information plateau for athletes(.5)Reforming enrollment system and offering more enrolment autonomies for universities.(6)Strengthening power degree of training in order to improve training level. |
