Research On Sustainable Development Of High-Level Track And Field Teams In Hunan Colleges And Universities

In August 2020,the State Council issued the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Deepening of the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents",which aroused the attention of the sports community to the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.As Hunan Province is a major education province,the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities is of great significance to the construction of highlevel sports teams in my country’s colleges and universities.In the highlevel sports of ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province,track and field are the focus.Therefore,in order to actively respond to the instructions of the Ministry of Education,under the background of the integration of sports and education,understanding the development status of high-level track and field teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province and studying the factors restricting their development is the only way to promote its sustainable development strategy.It can provied suggestions of high-level sports teams in universities.In order to fully understand the status quo of high-level teams on universities in Hunan Province and the factors affecting sustainable development,this research uses the current high-level track and field teams in 7 ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province as the research object,using questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and Expert interviews and other methods are used to study and elaborate on the three dimensions of sustainable development,"development,coordination,and continuity",so as to explore not only the training of talents in colleges and universities,but also the high level and high demand of competitive sports,which can promote A feasible plan for the sustainable construction of highlevel teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province.The main conclusions of this research are as follows:1 From the perspective of actual situation development,some athletes of the high-level track and field teams of ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province have high athletic standards,and the coaches have strong reserve forces,but there are currently unbalanced spatial layouts of sports teams and lack of unified enrollment.The status quo of management institutions,insufficient training time for athletes,serious shortage of athletes’ competitions,and imbalance in the number and level of development projects of various college sports teams2 From the perspective of coordination in Hunan Province,the highlevel track and field team of universities has good sex ratio,positive training age,and high-quality coaching.However,the current contradictions in the learning and training of athletes are prominent,the training system for coaches is lacking,and the coaching Insufficient training time.3 From the perspective of sustainability,the single management mode of sports teams and the intensity of policy support are the main factors affecting the sustainable development of high-level track and field teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province.The shortage of material resources and funds not only restricts its development,but also does not Conducive to the cultivation of talents.Suggest:1 In terms of actual development,upgrade the types of high-level track and field teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province,optimize the management model of track and field team admissions,strengthen track and field team management,establish a points system,and encourage track and field events in Hunan Province Unversity Alliance.2 In terms of development coordination,establish a complete learning and training system for athletes,and establish a complete coaching system and professional coaching system.3 In terms of sustainability,promote sports and education integration,explore new models of athlete training,implement the construction of sports and education integration,promote the sustainable in colleges and universities,increase market operations,introduce sponsorships,improve incentive mechanisms,and provide athletes Create diversified employment opportunities.
