The new curriculum reform about fundamental education complies with global course reform, It focuses on the flaw of domestic school education, and structures the new course system which is in accordance with the quality-oriented education request. According to the defect which exists in learning style of middle school, the education reform requires students to change the style. Webquest is a kind of studying way based on web. It is global and popular in teaching, because it represents the advanced course idea, and builds up the practice mode easy to operate. But in practice,Webquest has certain disadvantages.A great many Webquest designs in senior high school have deviated from developing students'abilities to think,which has caused the research to be superticial.In connection with Webquest problems in practice,the author desighs a case in information technology to develop the students'ability of thinking. The contents are as follows:Part One: By having a good knowledge of Webquest,let the teachers adapt to it.Then through the documents and the research,the teachers know Webquest was drawbacks to put forward Webquest.Part Two: In the course of defining Webquest,we are sure that it is valuable to develop the students'ability of ability of thinging.Its main prupose is to develop the students'ability of thinking.Part Three: To explain the senior ability of thinking,they put forward several foreign methods to developing the students'ability of thinking and prove how they develop the students'ability of thinking.Part Four: In connetion with the problems in practice,we put forward the model of Webquest.We give advice on teachings'aim,task and procedure.Part Five: In connetion with the argument above,we design a case and hope to be useful.Part Six: Draw a conclusion and put forward ideas.
