Educational administration management is the forces of promoting teachers’ development and the foundation of school’s survival and development.The establishment of educational administration system and the level of educational administration directly affect the teaching quality,the development direction of teachers and the development trend of schools.Teachers are the implementers of school education and teaching policies,and the professional development of teachers is of vital importance in both the personal development of teachers and the long-term sustainable development of schools.Teacher belongs to the educational administration department,therefore the educational administration department in the system,scientific research work,and is closely related with the professional development of teachers’ teaching evaluation,this paper has X school of Jiangsu province as the research object,mainly from the educational administration management system perfect,enrich scientific research activity and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation from three aspects that influence teachers’ professional development of the educational administration.This paper studies teacher professional development and educational administration from the perspective of literature.A questionnaire survey was conducted on school principals,teachers and students,and interview summary method was adopted for some teachers and students.The research criterion of seeking truth from facts was followed,and the necessity of promoting teachers’ professional development was expounded from the theoretical level.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.Firstly,it presents the current situation of educational administration management of X school in Jiangsu province,including the analysis of the existing teaching mode and teaching system,the status quo and achievements of teaching and research activities,the way of teaching evaluation and its impact on teaching.Secondly,it reflects on the deficiencies of teacher professional development,explores the factors restricting teacher professional development,gives feedback to the survey of teacher professional development,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions and Suggestions to promote teacher professional development according to the problems in the survey,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Finally,it summarizes the deficiencies of the research.Teacher professional development is a well-worn topic,but for every school,it is always need to pay attention to the core issues.As a secondary vocational school with relatively backward development,paying attention to the issue of teacher professional development means paying attention to the teaching quality of the school and enhancing the core competitiveness of the school.The author hopes that through this study,the reform of X school to promote teacher professional development can be realized,so that teachers can feel their growth and make continuous progress.The purpose of this study is to promote teacher development,reflect on the problems in the educational administration of X school in Jiangsu province,and learn from the educational administration mode of other secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the level of educational administration and better promote the professional development of teachers.This study will provide valuable reference for educational administration in promoting teacher professional development,and provide Suggestions for improving the efficiency of educational administration and promoting teacher professional development.
