School teachers are the organizers and actors for the teaching work, and the effectiveness of their work will directly influents the school's survival and development, and it is the basis and the key of the development of schools. At present, China's private secondary schools have made great achievements .At the same time, the construction of the private secondary school's teachers also made considerable progress, but it seems that there are still some problems from the information collected. Mainly in that case that the structure of private schools teachers is not reasonable, too frequent movement of the of teacher groups, the different quality of teachers, the gap between teachers' performance and requirements of the quality of teachers private schools, and so on.This paper intends to have a study as the private secondary school teachers in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province for the object. The structure of teachers, the stability of teachers, the quality of teachers and teacher training in four dimensions, use the questionnaires and interviews, and other forms to understand the construction of the private secondary school teachers. Basing on this, sort out the problems in doing this, and then analyses the reasons. In the last part of this study, as for the problems and some reasons, put forward some proposed Countermeasures that are beneficial for the construction of the private secondary teachers group in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province even the entire middle region in china.The full text is divided into four parts. In the first part, introduce the main subjects, content, purpose, reason of reviewing the topics, methods of research, the major of writing and the difficult.In the second part, describe the achievements and existing problems in the construction of the private secondary school teachers in Jincheng, the achievements mainly exist in the following three areas: government and the education-related executive departments have pay more attention to the private secondary school teachers; the quality of private secondary school teachers has been greatly improved; The competition mechanism of "survival of the fittest" is used for the selection and appointment of teachers. The problems exist in the following five issues: the structure of the teachers is not reasonable, the stability of the teachers is poor, too much pressure on teachers, the gap between teachers ' performance and requirements of the quality of teachers private schools, the uneven quality of teachers, and so on.In the third part, analyses the reasons for the exist problems, think that the internal and external environment of the construction of the teachers group affect the progress. The external environment is mainly manifested in: 1, The Government and the education-relate departments practices ineffectively; 2, The people stereotype the Private schools. Internal environment cause the main problems: 1, Private secondary schools sponsor insufficient funds; 2, Private secondary schools have more requirements for their development, which increases the pressure on teachers; 3, Private secondary schools have a one-sided evaluation system for their teachers, which causes the teachers have the sense of low achievement; 4, The structure of the private secondary school teachers is irrational, which caused the uneven quality of the teachers.In the fourth part, on the basis of analysis of existing problems and the reasons, put forward the measures of strengthening the. Improve the level of construction of the teachers groups Mainly from government, educational departments, schools: 1, Governments reshape the concepts to provide a good condition for the private secondary school teachers; 2, Education-relate departments change their concepts, give the private secondary schools more guidance; and pay more for the research of the teachers; 3, Private secondary schools should focus on its construction of teachers groups.
