| The development of railway vocational schools is undergoing a profound change owing to the prodigious development of the Department of railway. The primary mode will be drastically changed, and the stand and fall of the construction of teacher group will be directly related to the survival and development of railway vocational schools in the future. So, it is very important to study the construction and development of railway vocational schools, whether in theory or in practice.In this thesis, from the actual development status of railway vocational schools and with the guidance of the request of development of modern time's vocational education to teacher group, we studied the conformity of the railway vocational school's education resource, and the train m ethods o f b i-teacher t ype t eacher, innovation t ype t eacher and research type teacher which are urgent needed by railway vocational schools. And we especially studied the teacher's level-evaluate-system of railway vocational schools. Based on these, we constructer the model of teacher-level-evaluating-system of railway vocational schools. The design of the model has the prominent characteristic of better pertinence and the evaluating methods of the model are integrated. Compared with other models, this one is scientific, reasonable and fair-and-square because it can objectively reflect the teaching level and teaching quality of teachers. And it offers a powerful gist for effectively exerting the function of prompting, urges railway vocational education's sound, active and rapid development.There are two vivid characteristics and innovations in our study. One of them is that we bring forward the kernel issue of development of vocational schools—construction and development of teacher group during the period of the changeover of the railway vocational schools. The other is that we provide a new idea with the development of the railway vocational education by using the integration research method and absorbing the up-to-date production of the modern vocational education, and applying them to the practice. |
