Martial art, the outstanding traditional culture of Chinese people, has taken root in the labor of hundreds of millions people of different races, and is a traditional sport for every race loving to see and hear. Hundreds of years ago, martial art ascended in education, because of its abundant mass foundation, high fit-keeping and good health-keeping value, its athletic and entertaining value, as well as its unique function of cultural education, playing different roles in different times and stages in history. For hundreds of years, it has been listed as a required course in syllabus. Martial art has owned not only the common sense of traditional customs in the development of physical education, but also the inside factor for prosperous development. Coming into the 21th century,"Health First"and"Lifelong Physical Education"have been the goals for the reform and development of school education. And how to reach these goals is the primary issue of present reform in school education. However, nowadays, the lack of education value of Physical Education is serious, yet its theoretical base is far from perfect. In fact, studying and exploring educational value of traditional martial art takes great effect for both the perfect of physical education theory and the reform of present school physical education. Martial art is the treasure of Chinese nation, with its great physical education value, and is also important to realize lifelong education.At present, martial art has developed into the assemblage of multi-values, which is extremely plentiful, including both visible value and invisible value, both apparent value and potential value, both economic value and mental value. By document data method and logical analysis method, this thesis analyzes the different values of traditional martial art in ancient times, modern times, and the contemporary era, makes a comparative study of the change of embodiment of traditional art's education with the development of the society; explores and analyzes martial art's fit-keeping value, ethical value, cultural hand-down value, and aesthetic value from different angels. Consequently, this thesis explores the effective method to realize the education value of traditional martial art, in order to establish the overall educational viewpoint of"Correspondence Between Human Beings and Nature", the benevolence-cored educational scale, the thinking method of neutralization, the acrobatic function of"building both inside and outside", the value pursue of traditional martial art based on the aesthetic value of"the combination of shape and spirit. By perfecting the martial art education in school physical education, the teaching of martial art value should be implemented to national mental education, on the basis of enhancing students'non- intellect factor in focusing on basic training, attaching importance to national mental education, so that traditional martial art can make better effect in school physical education. AS a result, this thesis would offer reference for realizing the objective for the reform and development of school physical education-"Health First"and"Lifelong Physical Education", as well as for the value theory of our physical education. |
