Taking Part Russia College Education Reform From Cultural Viewpoint

The era of knowledgeable economy calls for the completely new style nurturing system of the intelligent. Being the cradle of senior intelligent, college education has to face much more challenges and opportunities. However, when human resource has become an important issue of the education of many countries nowadays, the neighbor country, Russia, has taken active action promoting the college education reform. And its old college education pattern of USSR has been evolving into the new pattern under market economy step by step.This article discusses Russian culture's promotion to the development of Russian college education, whereas Russian college education's influence to Russian culture by analyzing the relations of culture and education. Through researching Russian culture introduces the present education reform, and analyzes the background of education reform, including stimulation from outside and requirements of education developing rule. The article also suggests the practical procedures for education reform, and states the advantages and disadvantages of the reform further. It investigates the college education developing history, dissertates the cultural element of Russian College education reform deeply. The spirit of nationality and collectivism is emphasizing in the Russian education all along, which bring deep effects to the idea and systems of Russia. Furthermore, it introduces domestic college education situation, give some suggestions to domestic college education by analyzing Russian education, that is, and combine the college ideology education with traditional culture, promoting the humanism and professional trend of college education.
