As new course reform in high school carried out in autumn 2006 in Fujian province. How do teachers put the new idea into practice?The expert's academic lecture is a must, and it is also necessary to read the articles and books related to the new course idea , but the classroom teaching introspection combined with theory is the most important.Therefore we should see through our teaching with the new idea, deepen our understanding of the new idea through concrete education and teaching ,verify and enrich our education and teaching idea according to the actual effect of the teaching.We should control our teaching design with the new idea and choose the suitable teaching mode.The effective research method of the teachers is introspection in practice and study in the activity.The text probes deeply into the cases of his own representative classroom teaching designs of different periods by using the method of qualitative research,introspecting the idea,process,method of the teaching design and the choice of the teaching mode in order to set up a teaching mode suitable to the researcher himself. We should choose the suitable teaching mode according to the classroom teaching target,the classroom teaching content,the classroom teaching object,the characteristics of teaching,the way of evaluation of mathematic teaching and the traditional habit of the teachers of mathematics to draw lessons from,integrate and surmount the mode.
