The Research On Construction Of Occupation Instruction System For Secondary Vocational School

Occupational guidance came into being because of demand of the development of social economy and vocation, and developed and consummated unceasingly. At present, graduates from secondary vocational school are faced with a variety of occupational predicaments. Likewise, construction of the occupational guidance system has many problems such as lagged conception, imperfect institution, short supply of special teacher, unilateral content, and so on. The author researched the connotation, characteristics, the main theory of occupational guidance and flow-sheet of vocational guidance system construction of secondary vocational school by method of literature, comparison and survey, and consider that the focal points to restructure the present occupational guidance system are as follow: specialize the institution, that means to systemize the vocation guidance department and specialize personnel; bring new ideas to vocational guidance model, by major route of optimizing the cooperation guidance model between school and enterprise, developing networking vocation guidance, and constructing information platform of network management; enriching modalities and methods of occupational guidance, id est, the content of guidance should have different focal points base on different characteristics in different stage of students, the form and content should match each other. In addition, it is necessary to lead students to planning their vocational career, and reinforce education to start an enterprise, make students to handle career planning flow-sheet, make them to be provided with independent consciousness of starting an enterprise. A scientific secondary vocational school occupational guidance system makes for successful employment of students, sustainable development of school and reasonable human resource allocation of the society.
