Recently,the industrial development is undergoing transformation from labor-intensive to skill-intensive in China’s social economy.So the students from technical secondary school will face more challenges in their future careers.As an essential part of careers guidance work,it’s very important to train students to make occupational planning as soon as possible.In this paper,the author takes the current situation of career guidance work in Maoming No.1 Vocational and Technical School as an example,analyzes the problems existing in their work,and points out three main problems: unreasonable establishment of institution,imperfect vocational guidance content and incomplete vocational guidance process.In connection with these problems,the author sets a hierarchical model of vocational guidance and accordingly arranges the importance of vocational guidance activities.Based on the study’s results,a specific career guidance framework is designed from the aspects of curriculum setting,organization setting and team building.The practical application of the2014 pre-school education majors has been achieved.
