There are major two groups who set up private middle schools in the moderntime,oneis Chinese folk private or private organizations, the other is foreignchurches.In the tireless efforts of the two groups, the private middle schools inNanchangrose.With its strong social adaptability, these schools were constantlydeveloped ,whichprimarily experienced four development period ,including itsstarting-up, comprehensive developing, twists and turns ,and sustainable developing.In addition, the government complied with the requirements of the development,formulated a series of laws and regulations, took measures,such as theimplementation of case-filing recognized, the standardized supervision and financialsupports to promote the private schools' healthy and orderly development. Inoperating schools, private schools corrected the operating ideas and stricteddisciplining management, in order to facilitate good school spirit.They strengthenedcourses' building, employed outstanding teaching talents to improve the teachingquality of schools.Different with public schools, private schools must raise fundingby themselves, for the survival and development, the principals often rushedeverywhere and raise money to improve school's conditions.Schools' organizationswas very streamlining, and their staff were pretty capable.They had established a kindof administrative system in which the School Board interacted with SchoolCommittee . Although private middle schools existed many defects,such as theshortage of funding, lower teaching levels, but they had ran out of its ownfeatures,.They had trained a large number of excellent graduates, made up for the lackof public education,and contributed to the developments of modern secondaryeducation and our society.
