At present, with the fast development of technology and increasingly intensive international competition, our fundamental education is confronted with higher requirement. Boosting quality education in all round way has been accepted in a common ground. Psychological quality is one of the significant elements for a comprehensive person. Psychological guidance in middles schools with the purpose to cultivate healthy mental quality is not only the important part of quality education but also the deep meaning of modern education.In this paper, we have designed two questionnaires to make research on the current situation of psychological guidance which involves 86 middle schools in Jiangxi Province. The research results indicate that different kinds of schools which were investigated enjoyed a great diversity on school psychological guidance, some of the middle schools carried out psychological guidance comparatively earlier than other schools and has obtained great achievement and experience while the whole level of psychological guidance in middle schools of Jiangxi province is still low. The importance of psychological guidance as a significant content in quality education has been neglected, and there are still some practical problems, just as followed:1. The lack of specific definition of the role of psychological guidance playing in school education;2.The lack of an integrated organization with the barren labor and material resources;3. The lack of evaluation standard;4. The deficiency of the deployment of resources in school psychological guidance;5. Poor organization and implement of psychological guidance in most middle schools;Some cognitive reasons and realistic reasons can explain these problems.In this article, we try to discuss and present the strategy of how to solve these problems which includes: 1. Enhancing the faculty's cognition of psychological guidance;2. Improving the organization and administration of school psychological guidance;3. Training the on-the-job teachers in order to build a professional working team of school psychological guidance;4. Establishing an implement mechanism based on self-help, mutual-help and outside help;5. Encouraging scientific researches on this field and boosting experience exchange among different areas. ;...
