The Present Situation And Strategies Research On Psychological Health Education In Middle Schools Of Lanzhou

Paying close attention to middle school students' healthy growth is to pay attention to our country's future. Paying attention to middle school students' psychological healthy state and psychological growing problems is all countries' matters of common concern. Strengthening middle school students' psychological health education is the new development in middle school education. It is the new requirements about middle school education in the knowledge and economic time.In our country middle school psychological health education development is not balance. In general, middle school psychological healthy education level is high in the south, east and opening areas. But in the areas of western provinces the economic is underdeveloped, psychological health education situation is worse. Lanzhou is the capital city of Gansu which is an underdeveloped province in the west So it has its particularity and representative.After investigating the situation of middle school psychological health education and some problems, I found that teachers, students and school officials have enough understanding on middle school psychological health education's necessity, main objects, subjects of carrying out the education and the relation between the academic grades and psychological health. At the sometime, the investigation reflects some problems, for example, some teachers and officials don't know the importance about psychological health education in middle schools. They don't know the relation between psychological health education and moral education. They don't know the tasks, contents, methods and ways of psychological health education. On the level of practice, I investigated the time, management systems, funds, the quality of teaching staff of psychological health education and the ways, effects of it The investigation shows that in middle schools of Lanzhou psychological health education is at the starting stage. Its coverage is limited. Its management system is not sound. The funds put into the matter is not enough. The quality of teaching staff is not hight The ways are single. The contents are unilateral. The level of carrying out psychological health education needs improvement.There are many causes which restrict psychological health education in the middle schools of Lanzhou. Whether school officials and teachers have scientific psychological health education ideas directly concern with the effects of psychological health education. Because in the middle schools of Lanzhou there are some officials and teachers who have some errors on the importance of psychologicalhealth education, the relations between psychological health education and moral education and the forms of it, so these errors become the worst factors which influence psychological health education in the middle schools of Lanzhou. Second, whether the system of psychological health education is sound is the foundation of psychological health education and a basic condition of getting to the goals. However, the investigation reflects that from all sides the management system is not sound in the middle schools of Lanzhou. The evaluating system has not formed. These things have become the main factors of psychological health education. Third, the paper expounds that school physical environment and psychological environment influence psychological health education. I think in the middle schools of Lanzhou they don't have some basic books, magazines, necessary teaching aids, psychological devices, measure instruments, video materials of psychological health education. These factors restrict the scope and level in psychological health education. So they can't work at it scientifically and normally. Also school psychological environment is invisible and latent Its influence is great to psychological health education. In Lanzhou because the installation of psychological health education can not be changed in such a short period, I think breaking out the psychological environment building is the best way to improve psychological health education. Then the school officials' management level, the teachers' quality of psychological health education restrict psychological health education. I think that the poor quality of teaching staff's psychological health education, the number of part-time teachers have become the key factor in psychological health education. Finally, the paper analyzes the influences of psychological health education's contents, methods and ways to the level of carrying out psychological health education in Lanzhou. The paper points out that these factors don't function singly. They interact each other and influence psychological health education in middle schools of Lanzhou.In the third part the paper puts forward some strategies about psychological health education in middle schools of Lanzhou. Firstly, I think that all school management departments, schools and media should publicly propagate psychological health education. It can make everyone know psychological health education. Everyone pays attention to it, everyone takes part in it. So it can form a good psychological environment. Secondly, we should set up perfect management system, strengthen the management, set up perfect hardware and software on evaluating system of psychological health education. Thirdly, I think that schools beautify the environment The high management departments should put enough funds into this project. At the same , schools should raise funds to buy basic hardware, so they can work at psychological health education. Schools should put the key points onbeautifying school soft environment, make teachers to be the leading role in the school environment building. Then I stress that we should train teaching staff of psychological health education. On one hand we should improve school officials' quality and management level of psychological health education. On the other hand we should improve teachers' quality of psychological health education. Lastly, I think that we should enrich the contents and forms of psychological health education in middle schools. Besides offering psychological health education lesson, we should pay attention to students' psychological health education through teaching, school yard culture, psychological advices and all activities.
