Stabilizing students is a real problem in the development of private education. It also makes great sense in constructing the theory of private education. There are many reasons why students drain. Here the problem can be analyzed from three aspects: parents, the school and the environment. The school is weak in the strength of competition and management. We should improve some strategies from three ways: the school, the organization, and the staff. Therefore, the concept of making students stable all round can be established.Students are sources of the existence and the development of private schools. What students are enrolled and kept is a real portray of the school's competition strength. So the design and management of the whole school should depend on a concept enroll goal students and stabilize students who are studying in the school. This essay has a discussion on how to stabilize students. It's hoped that useful inspiration can be offered to the development of private schools in the crucial period.This essay mainly observes some schools owned by Huamei International Investment Group . At the same time some other schools are also included. The purpose is to find out some laws about stabilizing students.This essay develops from four problems.
