In the lifetime of a person,it is necessary to implement the concept of life-long sports,and to allow physical exercise to be carried out all the time.Students in junior high school are in the best period of growth and development.During this period,they should pay attention to reasonable exercise.In the daily physical education and training process,students must develop their strength qualities in order to better understand and master the sports skills and quickly improve their technical performance.Starting from the students entering junior high school,it is beneficial to the development of school physical education teaching that the students should be trained in the corresponding strength qualities,and is more conducive to meeting the needs of students' physical development.During the junior high school students,the development of bones was in the process of ossification,and the length of the bones often had a significant increase.This was a significant increase in the height of students.During this period of time,if junior high school students want to enhance their physical fitness and promote their own growth and development,they must perform some appropriate and effective physical exercises in peacetime,especially in daily life,they should pay attention to strength training.The quality of students' training in strength training depends on whether the training program is scientific and effective.Scientific exercise,which will play a crucial role in the growth of students.The monitoring of national student physical health data shows that the physical quality of students in primary and secondary schools at the national level has been on a downward trend for25 years in succession,and the power quality has been decreasing for 15 consecutive years.This situation must be given sufficient attention.One of the basic qualities of physical exercise for the human body is strength,which plays a decisive and dominant role in the development of various physical qualities of the human body.It is the guarantee for better athletic skills and the results of competition.As an important evaluation index of physical fitness,strength quality has also been mentioned more and more.According to the characteristics of physical development ofadolescents,the training of strength and quality at the junior high school level not only helps the physical development of junior middle school students but also helps them to cope with the sports exam.In this paper,106 students from the ninth grade of Qilu Experimental School of Shandong Normal University in Jinan City,who are in good health,have no history of disease or professional sports training,are selected as experimental subjects for a four and a half month follow-up study.Through the use of reasonable strength training methods and analysis of these training methods,these teaching and training methods are scientific and effective,and they provide practical and reliable guarantees for the improvement of students' strength.They can provide theoretical guarantees for future strength training in middle school PE teaching.Correctly understand and master the functions and characteristics of different teaching methods in the teaching process,teach students in accordance with their aptitudes,enable the problems encountered in practical teaching to be resolved reasonably and effectively,and successfully complete the established teaching goals and tasks in practical teaching.Make a qualitative leap in the quality of students' strength.Finally,by comparing the data before and after the experiment: students' solid ball,standing long jump,pull-ups,sit-ups,etc.,the results show that the scientific training methods used can effectively improve and develop junior high school students' strength of strength,for the rest of Jinan City.Junior high school PE teachers provide scientific training basis for strength,but also use a new perspective to do useful experiments.The research results show that the use of these teaching methods can significantly improve students' athletic ability.At the same time,these junior high school students' muscle strength and other physical and physical qualities are also promoted and enhanced.The quality of strength has a direct impact on the rapidity and slowness of the formation of sports technology,and it plays an important role in preventing and reducing sports injuries.Therefore,if you want to have better performance and stability,you need to strengthen the specific strength training of the corresponding muscle groups,so as to achieve the goals of improving the scores of solid balls,standing long jumps and other projects.
