Our socialist marketing economic system and the modernized construction have put a new requirement before the reform and the development of the secondary technical education. Making secondary technical students get more chances to have a job has become the common understanding in our society. The courses of the secondary technical schools are the important way to carry out the educational policies and to implement the quality education and the training target. The course module is the combination of the course contents and the forms of the organization of the courses. That combination is also a bridge of the courses whose theory has changed into practice. The task of the course module is to develop the research and the practice of the modernized course modules. It's very important to build up a new course system that not only suits the marketing requirement but also serves the local economy and the development of students.The article is divided into five parts. Part One introduces the background, the meaning, the purpose and the method of the course module research about secondary technical schools. Part Two introduces the correlated theory basis of the course modules. It sets up an example of Xing'an League Nongmu School in Part Three in order to analyze the course module reform which makes students get wide basic knowledge and active modular knowledge. Part Four summarizes the experiences and the effects of the course module. Meanwhile it also discusses the application of the mark system during the implementation of the course module. Part Five predictably analyzes the reform of the course module.
