| This thesis mainly focuses on "Employment-oriented guidance " direction to discuss a number of problems of the reform and development of secondary vocational technical education. The article analyzes the level of socio-economic development and the current situation of China's secondary vocational technical education. That must adhere to the employment-oriented guidance direction in order to promote the reform and development of secondary vocational technical education.The thesis calls for employment-oriented guidance development of secondary vocational technical education, we must raise awareness and change concepts, establish the scientific concept of talent, develop human resources, improve our competitiveness. In view of rapid development of manufacturing and modern services, in the shortage of skilled personnel, in this paper, in accordance with relevant state ministries and formulated "The guidance scheme for developing and training the very scanty skilled human force of applying NC-technology in secondary vocational schools " and "The plan on the transferring and training of the rural workforce " and other policies to solve the problem of shortage of skilled personnel.The thesis also calls for employment-oriented guidance and deepens the secondary vocational education.
