In the beginning of 2006, China released the historical mission that promoting the building of socialistic new country. Building socialistic new country is very important to the structuring of socialism and harmonious society, and raised farmers'knowledge, especially the labors' knowledge in the countries is the basis of building the socialistic new country. So, through studing the meaning of socialistic new country building, I analyzed the present conditions and the problems, and putting forward some advice to the these problem. I am eager to do some things to enriching the theories of the rural adult education, and to promoting the development of it. So we can make the new country realized, and I can do my work to the structure of the harmonious society. Four parts are included in the principal parts of the dissertationThe first chapter: it discussed the definitions of rural education and the rural adult education, and the relationships between them. We can have a whole grasp to their definitions through the chapter, and make it the basis of the discusses.The second chapter: it analogued the meaning of rural adult education to the building of new country from the relationships between the building of new country and the cultivating of the new farmers, four parts are included: Firstly, rural adult education is beneficial to changing the farmers'ideas and to strengthening the modern ideas of them. Secondly, rural adult education is beneficial to increasing the farmers'knowledge and to strengthening their adaptability of morden farming. Thirdly, rural adult education is beneficial to the grasp of skills and to accelerating the transferring of the surplus labor force in rural area. Fourthly, rural adult education is beneficial to enriching the farmer' literature and to accelerating the building of the rural civilization.The third chapter: it analogued the rural adult education's problem and in the same time praised the achievement. Five problems are included: Firstly, he understandings about rural adult education are not enough. Secondly, the funds to rural adult education are not enough . Thirdly, the rural adult education teachers are lack and the structure is not reasonable. Fourthly, the rural adult education content is not directed against farmers. Fifthly, the elementary education,vocational education and adult education stand alone, and farming,science and education lacked combination.The fouth chapter: it gave some advices against the problems that lied in today's rural adult education: Firstly, raise recognition to aimed rural adult education rightly. Secondly, strengthen the building of rural adult education's teachers. Thirdly, strengthen the curriculum's exploiting and the studying of the teaching method. Fourthly, changing ideas and perfecting the funds system of rural adult education . Fifthly, combining the elementary education,vocational education and adult education to promote the developing of rural adult education. Sixthly, depending on the building of the new country, promote the building of the rural adult education's community. Seventhly, strengthening the work of rural adult education'law, promote the legalization of the rural adult education...
