The new lesson of biology of high school in shanghai is indicated and really pointed out, high school biology course should make all the students get to know and understand the information of biology after they graduate from their schools, enable students to cooperate with others, practice, guess and tell, probe.Class teaching is the main way to put quality education into effect. To carry out quality education, we should have all the students in mind, value individual character of each student, and give free rein to the teacher's guiding to make all the students of different levels fully and actively developed. Therefore, to study different ways to different ways to different students in big class is of special significance.The teaching method of "integration in three hands" arises at the historic moment under the background of the reform in education of the present classroom. This thesis focuses on the biology class teaching in senior high school. With the help of successful experience in independent study,cooperative study,probe study, it establishes a theoretical frame and operation system in the teaching method of "integration in three hands" .The thesis consists of four parts. Firstly, based on the analysis of current situation of education and instruction in high school, it presents the importance of carrying out "integration in three hands" in class teaching. Secondly, it describes the definition of "integration in three hands" according to relevant pedagogical and psychological theories at home and abroad. It also summarizes it's operating procedures as well as methodological features, and in the view of theory it defines the rationality if "integration in three hands" . In order to offer convenience in applying "integration in three hands" effectively in teaching, part four mainly explains the strategy of integrating independent study with cooperative study,probe study in biology class teaching in senior high school, and chooses two classes for the equal group comparative experiment. Experiment shows that "integration in three hands" of the biology class teaching in senior high school enable each student to participate in learning and deal with learning problems with positive .At the same time, student can understand learning, experience creation and share happiness with confidence and personal characters. As a result, it has an obvious impact on improving efficient teaching, raising teaching quality, cultivating students' abilities, and promoting students' development.
