Nowadays our country is under social transformation. As a result, the rapid development of market economy, the constant transformation of institution and system, the diversified values and the personalized life style become the characteristics of the age day by day. The development of society constantly expands space and creates conditions for the comprehensive development, which is also requested higher. Meanwhile, with the construction of harmonious society and the contemporary China's peaceful rise, it needs each Chinese to improve our qualities constantly and take our responsibility. Also, we should contribute our creativity and make great progress in the age.Based on the research to pedagogy, we pay close attention to the growth and development of high school girls under this background. What are their living conditions? What qualities and characteristics do they need to have in the modern society? Are their growth needs concerned and developed? High school girls are constructors and developers of future society, and as part of "half the sky", their qualities influence the qualities of the nation and their level of development influence comprehensive strength of our nation. So we should be concerned about their growth needs and education. It is essential to not only the healthy growth of high school girls but also the development of the whole society.Educations of high school girls in different societies and times have different training aims and content. We need to study the contemporary characteristics and high school girls' requirements. Based on the spirit of educational innovation, we should constantly improve high school girls' education. This research mainly studies high school girls' development status, education status and realistic factors, and it proposes countermeasures to solve the problems. This thesis can be divided into five parts.In the first chapter, it first explains why the topic is chosen, mainly from some aspects, such as challenge and opportunity of female's development caused by social transformation, which discourse the necessity and importance of high school girls' development. It provides a basis for the research and determines its value. Then it defines the scope, target, content and related concept of the research, which clarifies the basic concept. Finally, it shows the ideas, methods and difficulties of the research. In the second chapter, the author takes 2329 girls in J High School in Zhijiang as objects of study and analyses high school girls' development status by means of extensive questionnaires, deep observation and interview and unique analysis of works, etc. Firstly the thesis shows high school girls' states of entirety and different grades. Then according to girls' educational awareness of training goals and educators' multi-awareness of girls' development, the thesis shows high school girls' education status, which provides a basis for the research and determines its value.In the third chapter, it mainly sets out the realistic factors that affect girls' development in three aspects. Firstly, it elaborates traditional culture's requirement of girl's development from social and cultural factors, family factors and the factors of females themselves, etc.; secondly, it shows the lack of effective policy guidance from high school educational reform policies, educational consumption divorcing from reality and the differences between textual operation and actual operation, etc.; thirdly, it elaborates the lack of school education contents from high school educational settlement of training goal, course contents, gender education, special education, main body of education and educational management, etc.In the fourth chapter, it mainly sets out the educational reform that promotes high school girls' development in five aspects. Firstly, it shows that we should update high school educational ideas from views of school, quality, students and talents, etc.; secondly, it elaborates the construction of girls educational goal system from the goals of entirety and different grades; thirdly, it shows the updating of girls' educational contents and channels from ecological research into moral courses, innovation of moral carrier, special education and girls' group education, etc.; fourthly, it shows that we should promote moral literacy about the main body of girls education from life awareness, gender awareness, communication skills, moral research skills and teachers' moral construction, etc.; fifthly, it elaborates that we should strengthen the construction of school management system from organization system, moral management level, improvement in management and girls' cultural education, etc.In the fifth chapter, it mainly sets out the construction of security system that can promote girls' development in three aspects. Firstly, it elaborates the social and cultural updating which can promote girls' development from eliminating gender discrimination, creating a social atmosphere, strengthen network monitoring; secondly, it elaborates family educational updating which can promote girls' education from educational concept from mothers, parents' complete expectation to school and paternity education; thirdly, it elaborates the reform of high school educational policies that can promotes girls' development from the supports of public policies and girls' educational policies. |
