Cooperative study is a creative and efficient teaching system used now in many countries. It centres on students' taking part in the whole teaching process,thus enabling them to strengthen learning skills through personal experiences. The new reform of school curriculum emphasize students' development by encouraging them to join in,to research,to experience,to communicate and to cooperate. This kind of people are what the modern society needs. Cooperative study method just focus on the student-centred theory,in which learners,' activity and creativity get stimulated to the largest. At the same time,their self-awareness and communication skills will get promoted as result of their partnership in the course of study.Based on the theory of cooperative study, theory of humanism and other modern educational theories,this essay mainly deals with how to carry out cooperative groupstudy in history classes. It also covers some related experiment rules,strategies and experiment analysis.It is hoped that this new history class teaching module can contribute to fostering new citizens required by the modern society.
