Education plays a very important role in the national economy's development of a country; moreover, whether universities can be built to be high-level and top-ranking mostly contributes to teachers, especially the teachers who are working on teaching or scientific research on the front line. Currently, the promotion to teachers of universities in our country has some disadvantages, and the promotion mode using in university teachers management is not reasonable wholly. How to promote teachers and mobile their enthusiasm becomes a pressing problem in university teachers' management.This paper analyses the domestic and overseas actuality researches and puts forward idiographic method according to the problem existing in university teachers' management on the basis of current university teachers' promotion mechanism.The first innovation of this paper is the university teachers' promotion mechanism is built up and estimating the running effect of this mechanism through AHP. Also, the satisfaction degree from the promotion is educed after researching the survival demand, relationship demand and pullulation demand, which supplies reliable gist for the university promotion management task. Secondly, the research on the university teachers' promotion always stands on the side of human resource management but not on the teachers' benefit, not to say the systematic researches. This paper analyses and researches the problem in teachers' promotion and puts forward the method considering the teacher's benefit. In the process of the improvement in teachers' promotion, complete stipend strategy, the human resource's reasonable flow, the healthy training, layered promotion, effective spirit promotion, station engagement and improvement of performance estimation should be considered to enhance the justice, scientificalness and validity of the promotion.
