Sex Distinction And College Students' Dormitory Culture

From the perspective of sociology, the research is to make a profound study on undergraduate students'dormitory culture in the university. Based on the questionnaire investigation of 600 undergraduate students and interview of several cases in HUST, the article describes the characteristics of undergraduate students'dormitory culture in the univesity, probes into the influential factors, most of all, the extraordinary factor of sex between boys'dormitory and girls'dormitory, and attempts to make a theoretical explanation.The purpose of the third chapter is to discusses the influence of sex.verify the authenticity of the characteristics of dormitary culture, it analyzes the profound influence to undergraduate students'dormitary culture from the perspective of sociology.The study shows, Sex affects dormitory's environment, but disinfluences dormitory's relations.At the same time sex affects some sections of dormitary's rules, ideas and behavors.In my points:with society development, Sex Role Expection have changed, so some sections of dormitory culture have been influenced by trational Sex Role Expection ,while others have been influenced by changed Sex Role Expection .These findings lead to Domitory Culture taking shape.
