Micro teaching is set up on the basis of many kinds of study theories and system scientific theories,according with the modern telephone teaching means,to training normal student's teaching technical ability to form a set of systematic and scientific cultivation forms.Teaching-skill is not only a basic quality for the students specializing in Gymnastics to become a qualified P.E teacher,but also a series of effective behavior method for PE teachers to gain the teaching-aims successfully during the course of teaching.This article adopts documents and materials,expert interview,teaching experiment,and mathematics and physics statistic analysis,etc.Many kinds of methods,to conduct a theoretical research on Microteaching in terms of its theoretical foundations,teaching principle,categorized system of technical ability of teaching, teaching program,teaching environment,teaching assessment etc.In order to cultivate the student's normal skills,this article studies the students specializing in Gymnastics normal skills who are from PE departments.This articlc uses the following methods:collecting plenty of documents from internal or external countries, interviewing some certain experts and deals with the results by statistics.This article also provides five main teaching-skills for the students to study:exemplary skill, explaining skill,organizing skill,making teaching-plan skill and finding faults.And these five skills must be practiced on the base of modern educational technologies by using some teaching measures during the micro teaching course which record the result.Then provides the direct feedback of P.E teaching actions to the trainees to observe,discuss and analysis after class by the way of filming slowly slowly.Formed a teaching pattern including many links:preparing lessons,giving lessons,feedback, evaluation and so on.The students will gain and improve their teaching skills in such teaching patterns.This article's study shows that the training methods whose characters are,the aim is explicit,the emphasis is obvious,it's easy to control and grasp.It is helpful for the students to improve their PE teaching levels or abilities and also can effectively shorten the process of role transformation from student to teacher.The experiment results show,the training methods by microteaching are better than traditional ones (P<0.05).The microteaching is effective for the students majoring in Gymnastics to improve their teaching skills.
