Li-Jilin is a famous children educator, a nation-wide special grade teacher, and the founder of situational-education.Since 1978, she began to study Chinese situational-teaching,having gone through three phase:"situation-teaching","situational-education"and"situational-Curriculum".She have founded the theoretical frame and the operating system of situational-education which have enriched and developed the present teaching theories and the educational reformation of our country.This paper mainly studies her thought and teaching method of Chinese situational- education, and tries hard to summarize and frame her Chinese educational ideology from the Chinese-subject angle .On this foundation, this paper discusses the present limitation and the future development direction of the situational-education.This paper utilizes ecological synthetic method, from macroscopic field of vision, to seek for the times background, educational background and ideological background of Li–Jilin's situational-education, at the same time explores its generation and development course of the major concept"situational ". On the foundation, this paper summarizes the innovation of the concept"Li-Jilin's situation", that is"humane","emotive","aesthetic", and "generative"implication of national culture.The core of Li-Jilin'thought of Chinese situational-education is"everything for the development of children". That is the embodiment of Li- Jilin's humanitarian thought and her lofty personality on education, and reflects her cultural field of vision, ecological overall field of vision and course field of vision. The paper sums the major content of Li-Jilin's educational thought up the view of subject-nature, view of subject-goal, view of subject-knowledge, view of subject-culture and view of subject-method .Then, the paper summarizes the macroscopic design and microscopic (classroom) design of Li-Jilin Chinese situational-teaching, and points out its soul of method that teachers give true sentiment and put in passion.Although Li-Jilin situational- education have gotten great success, but on the present educational condition, its theories should need to be discussed and to be perfected. On practice, it is still faced with a series of difficult problems. This paper thinks that situational-education needs to establish its self educational goals system and appraisement system, to strengthen the critical consciousness for the content of teaching material. On practice, the situational-education should notice to overcome to be a fossil, to prevent with the trend of"feelings in place of knowledge", to handle well with the relation of"prepare"and" generation".What is most key task is raising qualities of teachers, training a batch of teachers that have higher emotional quality .Extension is the inevitable development tendency of Li-Jilin's situational-education. Middle school is a wide field to extend. Faced with new educational object,educational tasks and educational contents,teachers should set up the new conception of situational-education and study the characteristics of high schooler. Finally, this paper talks about the problem which the situational-education should participate the international exchange.
